TY Students Send Christmas Hampers to COPE Galway

After the tough year we’ve all had, TY Student Council Members from Presentation College Athenry came together to raise the spirits of the less fortunate.  After a week of planning they carried out a collection of food and Christmas treats for COPE Galway.  The hampers include an ample amount of goods such as tinned foods, sweets, Christmas tablewear, selection boxes and much more.  Collecting from the first year, third year and TY year groups they assembled an abundance of food and festive items to be distributed to those in need of COPE’s help this holiday season.  COPE Galway support the homeless, seniors in need and domestic abuse survivors in our localities and the TY Student Council are delighted to help in making a difference.
