Senior A Camogie Connacht Champions

Presentation College Athenry retained their Senior camogie title in a tense, hard- fought victory over St Brigid's Loughrea on Friday in Ballinderreen. The final scoreline of 1-13 to 0-6 was a reflection of an excellent last quarter from the Pres girls who responded to St Brigid's pressure with a decisive scoring burst. Next up for the Pres will be an All Ireland semi final against Leinster opposition in the new year. Well done to the girls and their coaches Eoin O'Sullivan and Maria Cooney.
