Sabina Rabbitte & Clara Keane (TY) have been chosen to represent Presentation College Athenry in 'The Great TAD Bake-off" which will be judged by TV Chef Kevin Dundon in the Shearwater Hotel in Ballinasloe this Thursday November 28th. The theme of the competition is 'Sweet & Festive' in the lead up to Christmas with an emphasis on nutrition & healthy eating.Their entry "Festive Vanilla & Coconut Cake" looks fabulous and we wish them all the best.
